If one of our products requires repair, you can rely on our experienced service team. However, we ask for your cooperation so that we can carry out the repair as quickly and cost-effectively as possible.
Download and print out the repair order form, fill it out as detailed as possible and enclose it with the delivery.
Include the invoice of the product. This is particularly important for warranty or guarantee claims.
Send us all the necessary parts of your device so that we can reproduce the problem. Clean the parts before shipping and pack them securely for transport.
Send the parts to the address below using a parcel service or a carrier. If necessary, we can take care of the return transport, in this case please contact us.
