The AGRETO Drive-Over Scale is a innovative, cost-effective and fully automated vehicle scale designed for fast and precise axle weighing. Strategically placed at farm entry or exit points, it allows vehicles to be weighed without stopping, significantly improving efficiency.

Built with a robust galvanized steel platform and high-strength load cells, which can weigh up to 15 tonnes per axle and have a breaking load of 300%, ensure exceptional durability and security. The AGRETO Drive-Over Scale offers both dynamic and static weighing, ensuring optimal accuracy and efficiency for various weighing needs. Manual weighing is also available when required.

Dynamic weighing: Fast & efficient

What is dynamic weighing?

Dynamic weighing is when the vehicles are weighed while driving over the platform without stopping. Each axle is automatically recorded as it crosses the platform, with the software calculating total weight instantly. Dynamic weighing can be used to weigh for example dry goods that won't shift during movement. This weighing mode is advantageous if several vehicles need to be weighed efficiently.

How to use dynamic weighing?

Drive slowly over the scale (2-4 km/h for tractors, 4-6 km/h for trucks).
The scale automatically detects and determines each axle load.
The software calculates and logs the total weight automatically.
All data is stored in the system for further analysis.

Static weighing: Precision for special applications

What is static weighing?

Static weighing requires each axle to stop on the platform for precise measurements. The system ensures that weight readings stabilize before recording the data. Static weighing should be used when weighing liquid containers or unstable loads.

How to use static weighing?

Drive onto the platform and stop with the first axle on it for a stable measurement.
The system signals when the weight is stable.
Repeat this for all remaining axes.
The total weight is logged after the last axle passes.
